What is a silo used for? A silo is a structure for storing bulk materials. Silos are commonly used for bulk storage of grain, coal, cement, carbon black, wood chips, food products, and sawdust. The steel silo is make of corrugated arc panels and assembled together with strong screws. the steel silo applies to store concrete, coal, mineral powder, grains, etc.
